You can set the classpath dynamically using a custom class loader. I'm
confused though as to why you can't include a directory in your
classpath unless you are dynamically generating castor objects using
source generator in your program and need to dynamically generate the
properties file? Granted I did not get the very first post of yours for
one reason or another. You can probably do a search online and find
some custom class loaders out there on the net. There is one project
called Invoker...um, JODE dynamically updates the classpath I believe as
well. You can find that on www.sourceforge.com. If you go back over
your very first post I may be able to help you out more...can't seem to
find it in my emails.

So it is not possible with java? How could you get around it? Or do you
have any suggestions to me what I could try to set the classpath
correctly (or to find a way to have castorbuilder.properties read)?

Bye
