Hi Dario,

In Castor 0.9.5, you need to make sure "." is part of your classpath for
the LocalConfiguration#loadProperties method to work properly with a
file in your local working directory.

If you can't put "." in your classpath, then you could always upgrade to
Castor 0.9.5.2
