I've managed to turn off the quoted_identifier from a jConnect
configuration aspect. My problem now is the sql that gets generated
doesn't seem to be valid because what gets generated is something like the
following format :
select "tablename"."columnname" from "tablename"
This results in : com.sybase.jdbc2.jdbc.SybSQLException: Incorrect syntax
near '.'
Is this a jConnect, database or castor issue ? (I Seem to remember
reading that the double quotes are required for jdbc?)
Is there anyway of controlling how the sql gets generated because if it
resembles the following :
select tablename.columnname from tablename
it will execute fine.
