Hi,
as highlighted by Bruce at http://bugzilla.exolab.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1594, we need a
way to allow for multiple <database> elements to be specified as
part of jdo-conf.xml. Attached patch tries to provide an initial solution, changing
the way we instantiate JDO instances. As such, it introduces a static
factory method, simplifying the interface in general.
As this is quite a radical departure from current standards, I'd appreciate any
comments. With this in mind, I'd rather have two 'JDO' objects, with the old
one marked deprecated.
