ExoLab is the Open Source arm of Intalio, Inc. ExoLab used to sponsor
and host a number of projects, most of which have been spun off to
SourceForge. Castor is the only project that Intalio decided to
retain.
Regarding the disconnected number, it shouldn't even be published
on the ExoLab site. I am not an Intalio employee so, unfortunately,
I have no control over this whatsoever.
Regarding the trouble with the mailing list, the sys admins are
currently working on the problems. I'm hoping that everything will
be fixed today. Again, I am not an Intalio employee, so I have no
control over this either.
