thanks for the 'bug report'. I'd really appreciate if you opened a bug report at
http://bugzilla.exolab.org (for the sake of traceability). Once it has been
opened, I'll take care of the bug and commit a patch a.s.a.p.

PS It's a genuine bug, so getting code from the CVS repository in this very case does
not make a difference.
