[castor-user] how to marshal ' to '

I have an attribute value with an apostrophe in it and would like the
marshaller to change the apostrophe to the entity '. For example, the
value "Taxpayer's ID" is getting marshalled as <Reference
Description="Taxpayer's ID">111-11-111</Reference>. I need the apostrophe to
be converted to &apos; - is this possible?
I'm using castor version 9.3.21.
