Funny you should ask...
I was just recently looking for the same exact thing and couldn't find anything. Just as I began thinking about creating a tool to do just this, I found a reference in a presentation to the DB2XSD and eventually managed to find the tool itself available here:

I plan on using this to generate an XSD from the database and use the XSD to generate source. But I haven't tried it out just yet. If you do please let me know your results.
