Konrad, Bruce yes, it is true that Patrick and I have been looking at his as of lately. So far we have come up with a set of (JUnit) tests that we want to pass once we have refactored everything. As the refactoring will not be particularly easy in the context of this bug report (feature request), I cannot promise you a date or anything, but please follow the bug report as we make progress and post updates
