[castor-user] [XML] Add DOCTYPE to Marshalled File?

How could I add a DOCTYPE to my Marshaled file similar to the following?

<!DOCTYPE requirement-type [<!ENTITY rsquo "'">]>

Or, can anyone tell me how to add entities to an XML Schema (XSD)?
