We have had a some problems upgrading from castor-0.9.3 to castor-0.9.4. It seems that our old version of castor did not generate namespace information by default, while the latest one does. This is a problem because some clients of our xml API can deal with the new messages, however, unfortunately some cannot.
I have looked at previous mailing on this topic in the archive, and have noticed suggestions for fixing this problem. It would be diffcult to remove the namespace declartion in our xml schema because the API is very large and utilises a large set of common types. I did notice however comments concerning a bugfix and making the generated namespaces configurable at runtime (so we can apply it only to the messages generated for our non-xml compliant clients)?
Is this possible and if so, could someone please pointme me in the right direction to how I can set up the castor marshaller to do this?
