I hit the same issue, but decided to live with DocumentHandler at the time. I
seem to remember that I read something on the Castor forums that talked about
issues with the ContentHandler. Alas, I can't find the message on the Castor
forums to check this out, because the forums seems to have lost anything from
early Dec 04 or earlier.
If there is a workaround, I would be interested to hear about it.
