Talked to the folks at Maritime Plastics and they can do the job.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Subject: catalina27-talk: replacing lexan in forward hatch
Hi,
The lexan in my forward is badly cracked and in need of replacement. I
received instructions/advice from members of a previous incarnation of
this list but have managed to misplace them.
I have removed the hatch cover and am now in search of someone who can
replace the lexan and drill the holes for the latches.
Anyone know of someone who can do this work competently - preferably on
the Maryland western shore of the Chesapeake (near Annapolis even
better) but will go to the eastern shore or VA if that is where the
expertise is. I probably will want to replace the gasket while it's
apart. I have no clue where I might find that material.
Does it seem likely that auto glass repairers could do this work?
Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.
