Besides, if you hate these teams you can blow off some steam and not
hurt anyone...that's
the real reason to hate them!
You dont have to set off a bomb in a crowded restaurant or market. Or disco.
Also: you can be happy with your hatred. And you can be up front with
it! I would never publically
proclaim my hatred for certain minority groups, say, Latvians (actually,
I LIKE Latvians, but let's
pretend just for the sake of argument that I loathe them). I cant go
outside, on a soapbox and scream,
"ALL LATVIANS SUCK!!!"....but I can go outside and scream "YANKEES
SUCK!!" and most likely
someone will buy me a beer. And I LIKE beer.
So, see, it's okay to hate a team.
As long as it isn't MY team.
