catalina27-talk: Oberdorfer Pump

I was told by the marina that I need to rebuild my Oberdorfer sea water pump.  The pump is from 1984  - so it is a bit old.  I have the drawing of the pump's parts ( ie shaft, seals, impellor  etc)  from the owners manual.  If I replace the oil seals and the cover gasket and impellor -

1) what else could cause a leak?
2) what should I do about it?
