Won't help you this year, but if it's an annual thing, look at keylimesailingclub.com in Key Largo. Been there a couple times. I get a cottage a shell's toss from Florida Bay and a C22 at the dock for approx $150 a day. Great times.

While I'll actually be staying in Orlando, I'd be more than happy to drive to either coast to go sailing if someone would be so gracious to take me out sailing! I've never sailed around Florida and would be thrilled to get out anytime during the week of the 13th. I'll should be arriving in Florida in the afternoon of the 12th and will then be departing Florida early on the 18th. Of course I can reciprocate the invite during our sailing season in Toronto.
