I heard 4/29 off the Magothy and in a triangle course, windward leeward with a gybe mark.  So they will probably be somewhere just north of the Bay Bridge and could race all the way to the Patapsco with way those boats.

I was at a meeting last night where there was a lady from the local "Committee". She said the in-port race will take place 4/29 off of the Chester River. Check http://www.oceanracechesapeake.org/ It does contradict what volvooceanrace says. I do believe the details are still subject to change. She also said they have been told they expect to finish sooner than originally anticipated, but I forget the date.
