about heat transfer since then. I used to carry a blanket to wrap around
folks plucked from the water but know I carry a space blanket too.
It turns out thermal energy travel via conduction and radiation. Taking the
galley out and warping the icebox an 1" of Blue Dow Corning Styrofoam board
will do wonders with conductive heat transfer but as long as you there add a
thermal radiation barrier as well, a space blanket too.
