catalina27-talk: Outboard Motor Question

Hello all, I know that this question had been asked before....but I've never been in the market for a new outboard motor before...so I'll ask again.   Does anyone know of a 8 or 9.9hp outboard motor that will fit into the transom cut out of a 1974 Catalina 27 without (and I emphasize the WITHOUT) having to modify the transome?   I've been shopping all day and am getting very depressed.  My good ol' Johnson 9.9 2 stroke is just about done and I need to find a replacement.  All of the new 4 stroke are two big and 2 strokes are even a bit bigger these days.   Any help greatly appreciated.
