Truly it had sails in the first version..  Battens on the main and jib covering the Pulpit.

If you look closely you will notice that the boat in Phil's diagram does not have any sails.  Apparently, they are still out being cleaned.  The bigger question is what boat is that?  A 25? A 22?  It doesn't look like a 27 or 270!  How could this happen on the C-27 talk site?  This scandal goes all the way to the top!
