I think everyone has their private idea.  I've considered it for a low cut 110 but so far I've felt there was little to be gained.  I have a new high cut 110 racing sail that I have not had a chance to hang as we are still on the hard.   I carry a 135 and 155 racing genoas that are tacked on the rail and I don't see any way that they could be suitably tacked inside of the track on the rail.  I use adjustable genoa sheet leads.

I can see where have the jib with inboard sheets would be effective, but I was wondering if that could be applied to the Genoa as well.  I have raced no a bunch of boats 20-30 ft and everyone seems to have in board sheeting.

Krister,

Are you talking about a small 110 or 100 jib which can be tacked inboard with good results?  Larger is sheeted off the track on the rail.

How many out their who are racers have inboard sheeting?  Does the C27 need to be sheeted inboard to be competitive?
