I have one that I bought from WM it is called ART-2 made by Shakespeare

Designed for Marine VHF band.

 

With the mast down you may have to use it in conjunction with a handheld VHF with the antenna adaptor to connect it to the cable.

 

It’s a handy thing to have but of only very occasional use once you know your radio works.

The standard process is to use a VSWR meter - which some ham radio folks have.

I haven't checked, but perhaps Radio Shack has them also.
