Gerry: My PO purchased a Schaefer Snapfurl CF-700. Sized right for the boat and works well. More than adequate. The schaefermarine website has some good system descriptions of the various types. I am a big Harken fan, but this solution seems just fine for quality, utility, and cost. PO's receipt says she paid $799.00 + $40.00 tax including shipment from Schaefer in New Bedford, MA to Northern MD. I am glad it came with the boat purchase since this would have been an early add for me.

I would like to install a furling on my 27 but not too sure of a type or kind that would be a good choice. I haven't set a price limit yet since I need to know what is out there first.
