Henry,
You live in VA, and you expect to see the sun?

The foam takes a while to dry, like a few days in the hot sun on the
deck, - I squeezed most of the water out by rolling them up - but it
held up well. I had to cut the zipper seam because not a one would
move. I haven't gotten them back in yet but I know they will be way
better than they were. (Beverly Sail-billies?)

I washed mine in a front loader washer. One at a time.
They came out clean and much nicer than before. Replaced the foam and
they have been like new. The beading around the edge got a little pulled
but that has been easy enough to straighten out. Most important the boat
breath smell is gone from the boat too.

Subject: catalina27-talk: cushion cleaning
Just purchased C-27 #6119 and she needs some serious love after sitting
for
two years. I have pulled the cushions off of the boat and I'm going to
make
a valiant effort at cleaning the cushions to see if I can remove the
mold/mildew. Has anyone had exceptional results with any upholstery
cleaning products/techniques?
Thanks,
Casey
