Bob,

Regarding the boat registration, I think the document you would have gotten 
from MD DNR would likely have any provision for transferance on it.  I'm 
thinking the new owner may be able to assume your registration with the proper 
change of information.  If that's the case, you might ask the new owner for 
some pro-rated compensation.  I don't think we're talking about a real 
significant amount though, if I recall correctly.
