catalina27-talk: 1986 C27 for sale

Somewhat sadly I’m looking to sell my 1986 Catalina 27 (plan on buying something a bit bigger).  Its in good condition, has a perfectly-running M18 with under 600 hours, and a few recent improvements (new fuel tank, new main, head pump replaced, etc.).  Structurally it’s in great shape (no blisters, no soft spots, no smile); the only thing I haven’t done recently (I was planning to sell last year but put it off) is things like oiling teak, etc.   Anyone out there interested?  We are motivated and willing to sell for a fair price.  Also, any advice from recent sellers about what else is a good place to list?   Thanks,   Sebastian
