How much water flow do you get out of the back?  I’ve never measured it very scientifically, but there should be a steady and pretty substantial stream of water coming out.  Another thing to check is bits of an old impeller stuck in the elbow of the sea water pump – on my boat that was causing a substantial blockage.  And much easier to check that first before you pull the heat exchanger. sebastian   From: catalina27-talk@memberclicks.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michael Munn Sent: Sunday, July 30, 2006 4:31 PM To: Catalina International Subject: catalina27-talk: Over Heating   Listees,   Need your expertise........
