Anyone know how much of the fiberglass engine wall can be removed for access without endangering the seaworhtiness.  Yep I know if I start getting wet it's probably too much.......      Also I understand that locating my fish locator transducer 250-C Garmin (not a thru hull)  in the sail locker with a glob of caulking works well and keeps the bottom from looking like swiss cheese.  I've  an 83 C27 5411.  Comments?
