It's a guys-only event, Tim, maybe some male bonding thing? Don't ask me.
My hubby's taking our boat out on it since he likes sailing (I do too) and
some of the guys want to try it out (we just got it, it's a 2007 C310).

Fleet 19 will be holding their second annual Men's 2006 Last Hurrah sail
on the Bay this Friday and Saturday (October 27 & 28...weather
permitting). Boats begin coming out of the water the first week of
November and this gives opporunity to get in a last sail or two of the
season. We will be meeting at Maryland Marina on Middle River at 10a
each day and then gather at the mouth of Middle River by 10:30-40a. Last
year we had an informal race, then a raft up for lunch (the destination
is determined by the direction of the wind) and then a crew exchange to
sail back. If you are interested in participating either with your boat
or perhaps to help crew contact me directly by email. If you decided
last minute to join in the sail you can contact us on VHF 68. Dave
