Wild day here in Annapolis. We got about 2 inches of rain in around 3 hours
and it was right at high tide. Needless to say that downtown and most of
Eastport was flooded. We couldn't even get to Davis's Pub when we went for an
afternoon drink around 4. So we decided to head down town. Damn bridge was
closed. Later on the news we saw that most of the downtown merchants on Dock
Street were sand bagging.
Our dock was underwater when we got home. Kind of like Isabelle a few years
back without the surge. Let's hope it stays that way with our next 3 am
high tide.
