Yea, the daughter has finished college (prestigious out of state school of course) and finished Med School (in fairness, she paid "most" of that) and is finally married and the grandkid is now 8 months old. So, I feel your pain! And then I started looking at a complete makeover of my 22' Seafarer (sails, interior, rigging etc) I realized that a Catalina 27 could be had for the same amount of $$, the decision to move up was easy.
