well, water temps are about 80.
but last night, I thought the slider was shut on the companionway (J24)
and I slid (or is it slud)
back and fell off the lip directly onto the bridge deck, right square on
the backbone
and sorta passed out for a couple seconds then shook it off and finished
the race (we
got hosed from a totally unanticipated 60 degree lefty and then had 5 more
parade route legs where we could not pass anyone so a bit of a
disappointing night
espec as we were in first after 8 races and now are barely hanging on to
the lead, but
I digress). But this morning I think I would have difficulty climbing on
to a yoga mat
in all honesty so we may have to put off the long awatied CLIMB BACK segment
until AT LEAST after Oxford...maybe some weekend in later Sept after an AYC
Fall series race?
