It looks like first generation WHAM mic models had some problems. It also appears that the new gen has improved. But as always, Here's the bad news.. Apparently the Next gereration of WHAM will Not be compatable with this years VHF trannys. So it looks like a search for a few "Left Over" models is going to be necessary.
