Several years ago I called Garhauer and they had me ship my deck organizers and traveller hardware to them. They replace all the sun damaged/rotted sheaves and sent back promptly for a lot less than I thought it woud be. Can't remeber exactly how much, but less than i had paid for some sheaves at WM which didn't fit(and which I still have in a drawer somewhere!) I would start by calling the mfg of your hardware and see if they can rebuild, assuming all else is still good. They have the presses necessary to properly install. You might be pleasantly surprised.
