Rick,
If you had one of the original plastic rollers you could try to find
nylon replacement ones at a local hardware store.
I repaired my traveler that was slowly disintegrating because several on
the rollers were split and others were missing.
I found the exact outside dimension rollers (diameter and length) in the
small parts section of the hardware store where plastic and nylon things
are kept, you know the small cases with a lot of drawers. I believe
each roller cost less than a $1 each.
I did have to buy a drill bit to open the hole because the shaft that
the roller sits on is larger than 1/4" I think the diameter was 5/16".
Another person from the list tried my repair and said that they had good
success.
The hardest part of the repair was getting the traveler off the track.
Mine traveler went from bulkhead to bulkhead so I had to do some
disassembly.
