Listees,
After sustaining significant damage to the bow and the rudder, about which
I have written earlier. The boatyard repair estimate is stratospheric,
therefore, outside of consideration.
I am up for attacking the repair myself; however, everything (okay, pretty
much everything) else is fine. She has almost brand new sails; excellent deck
hardware; very good cushions and other interior stuff. Therefore, I am looking
at the option of purchasing another C27, combining the best of both boats, and
scrapping the damaged hull.

Thus, I am looking for a mid-70s C27 project boat, preferably an outboard
model with the traditional interior. I'm hoping to find a boat in the $2K
range, serviceable enough that I could deliver it to Deltaville. Naturally, I
would be willing to pay less, but, that might be stretching my luck.

I can be contacted, off-line, at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
