I have a 1979 Cat 27 TR with Atomic 4. I have an Engine Manual I'd be happy to Xerox and send to you. Lotsa good skinny in it. Mine requires maintenance from time to time, but it purrs (hums) like a C-130's jet engine. Hasn't failed me in any major way yet. You gotta be an engine sniffer as it is gas-driven. Max rpm is 3600, producing 30 Horsepower (dunno shaft hp), but I cruise at hull speed (considering wind, waves) at about 1500-1650 rpm. I installed a tachometer. Have been out on Lake Michigan in 6 footers and gusts up to 38+ knots on the nose and the A4 got me to my destination. Anyway, blah, blah, blah. Lemme know if you want the manual; there are two models ---early and late, and some accessory equipment is different. moyermarine.com is a great source of info and parts with good directions.
