I was on Cape Cod last summer and the only charter operation I found was for day sailors out of Wellfleet. I took one (small catboat) and had a ball. But that is on the Bay side and certainly NOT an overnight boat. You will find some in Hyannis, that isn't too far. Orleans is not a real easy harbor/port. It has a big sandbar to navigate when coming and going.
