Great racing last night - 2nd place! Unfortunately, my idiot bowman hasn't learned how to work the whisker pole. The short of it is the pole started to wrap around the forestay in 15 knot winds. Looking at it this morning, there is about a 2-3" belly when the pole is fully extended. Is it possible to straighten the pole? If so, how?
