I noticed recently that when I turn on the keyed engine switch, the battery charge/discharge gauge shows more of a discharge than normal. I suspected the Glow plug switch was shorted such that turning the ignition switch on immediately enables the glow plugs. So today, I turned on the ignition switch, waited 30 seconds and was able to start the Universal M-18 without having to press the separate push button switch for the glow plugs....so indeed, it would appear the switch is shorted.
So my question is, has anyone purchased one of these push button (momentary) switches recently and if so, where. I did some searching on a number of sites but came up empty. I'll start calling them unless someone has a reference site. Thanks Mike Provost _/) 1985 - C27 - 6002
