They were taken by a photographer hired by PHYC, no idea who exactly. Lifejackets? They make such an item?
Actually, it wasn't as bad as it looked. Although, If it hadn't been a race, I would not have probably been out there. Having 30 other boats around kind of makes it more tolerable.
