I am not able to install lxml using pip. Other packages seem to be OK. I had the same issue last week.
Even wget from pypi produces errors: <http://dpaste.com/796201/> With pip: <http://dpaste.com/796198/> and with pip -v: <http://paste.pound-python.org/show/25460/> Is this a pypi issue?
