NGTS Update: August 2011
Power of Three Groups Launched
The NGTS Management Team

has held kickoff conference calls with POTs 2 through 7 to review their
charges and provide an overview of the interdependencies between groups.
Charges have been revised and reposted to the SOPAG website

We fully expect the charges for each of these groups will continue to be
refined as work proceeds.
The POTs are currently developing high-level task lists and timelines as
well as identifying what lightning teams will be needed. These will be
submitted to the Management Team in early September. Once they have been
reviewed, an overall implementation timeline will be shared with the UC
Libraries community.
