The FRBR Interest Group invites proposals for presentations at the ALA Annual Conference in Las Vegas. This group will meet on Friday, June 27 at 10:30 am in LVCC-N263.
The charge of the FRBR IG is "to provide a forum for the discussion of issues derived from or related to IFLA's functional requirements for bibliographic records, including implementation and research, including research and implementation." Presentation topics related to how FRBR can or should function in a discovery layer or other aspects of FRBR, FRAD, or FRSAD will be welcome. Please email your proposal to Jeremy Myntti ([email protected]) and/or Scott Piepenburg ([email protected]) by May 9. Proposals should include your contact information and a brief summary of your proposed topic.
