On January 6th, 2015, the Library of Congress completed the LC/NACO
Authority File changes for Phase 3A.

An estimated 190,000 changes were made. The Phase 3 Task Group has been
monitoring the changes and has noticed a few anomalies. Some small clean-up
projects will take place in the coming weeks. An example of an anomaly is
the unwanted deletion of a letter after subfield $c and the removal of an
ending parenthesis:

100 0# $a Andromeda, $c rincess, daughter of Cepheus, King of Ethiopia
(Mythological character

This was the unwanted change that I willingly took the hit for-thanks to
Diane and Gary for pointing out that it was a Phase 3A anomaly, not a Paul
Frank anomaly.

PCC catalogers may notify LC of any Phase 3A anomalies found in a 1XX by
writing to [email protected] - or, if obvious, simply fix the error
themselves.

Thank you for your patience and support.
