BIBFRAME Update at ALA in San Francisco

When: Sunday, June 28, from 10:30 to noon

Where: Moscone Convention Center, Room 2008 (W).

With the active interest in the community in both linked data and BIBFRAME,
LC thought it was a good time to hear some perspectives of several important
system suppliers in the library community. The vendors represented on this
panel are each looking for how they will both continue to sustain and
improve the systems they have in libraries and also plan how they can take
advantage of the linkages that are increasingly going to be included in our
data. Thus the panel will focus on their views of linked data, and in
particular BIBFRAME, and their roadmaps for near term product development in
those areas.
