LITA/ALCTS Authority Control Interest Group invites proposals for presentations at its meeting at the 2016 ALA Midwinter Meeting in Boston on Sunday, January 10th, from 1:00 to 2:30 pm.
Potential topics of interest include, but are not limited to library involvement in: authority control identity management authority-to-identity transition name IDs ( ORCID, ISNI, etc.) genre/form vocabulary development and implementation authority control and RDA enrichment initiatives Presentations will be approximately 20 minutes, with time for Q&A after.
