Description:
We continue to advance and evolve our technology foundation, to deliver even
more speed and greater performance. In support of this initiative, we will
be transitioning to new servers and network equipment in stages throughout
January and February 2016. We are working hard to minimize the service
disruption to you and your users as we complete these activities.
On Sunday, January 17, the following services will be unavailable from 12am
to approximately 8am US ET: WorldCat knowledge base, WorldShare Collection
Manager and QuestionPoint. The following services are expected to be
impacted during this time: WorldCat Discovery, WorldCat Local, WorldCat.org,
WorldShare Interlibrary Loan and WorldShare Management Services.
On Sunday, January 24, oclc.org will be unavailable from 12a to
approximately 8a US ET.
This work will continue on January 31 and into February. We will provide
more information on the upcoming events as soon as we are able; please watch
for additional System Alerts messages at oclc.org . Should you have any
questions about these upcoming activities, please contact your local
customer support team.
