The IFLA Information Technology Section and the Academic and Research Libraries Section, Big Data Special Interest Group, and the Semantic Web Special Interest Group are jointly sponsoring a satellite meeting that will be of high interest to those interested in semantic web for libraries and Big Data topics. The meeting is on Wednesday, August 10 at the University of Chicago Library. The meeting is conveniently scheduled for travelers to also attend the IFLA world congress in Columbus, Ohio beginning the following weekend.
