Hi all,
Working on a constant data template in OCLC for a volunteer who will be
helping us catalog oral histories in our local history room. The oral
history consists of a transcript and 1 DVD. I have two 300 fields in place
to describe the transcript and the DVD. For the 33x RDA fields, do I need to
include both text and videodisc codes? This is what I have so far:
300 ?3 Transcript: ?a NUMBER OF leaves : ?b photograph ; ?c 28 cm
300 ?3 videodisc: ?a 1 videodisc : ?b digital ; ?c 4 3/4 in.
336 text ?b txt ?2 rdacontent
337 unmediated ?b n ?2 rdamedia
338 volume ?b nc ?2 rdacarrier
